OHS Policy

This policy has been created following the Occupational Health and Safety legislation to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all company employees and ensure that the employees are in a workable work environment.

The policy requirements will be fulfilled with the Employer's participation and all other employees to achieve its goals and commitments.

To realize the occupational health and safety goals and policies;

• We aim to make Occupational Health and Safety the priority in all working conditions, environments and applications, technology and methods used in the workplace.
• We adopt preventive approaches and implement corrective and preventive actions by complying with all legislation and standards.
• We accept that employers, employees, sub-employers and suppliers are responsible for preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases, providing a safe and healthy workplace; In this direction, we aim to allocate the necessary resources, control, support and maintain the management systems.

• We commit to continuously improving the company's occupational health and safety management system, knowing that this will be achieved by creating a safety culture, and sharing it effectively with the whole organization after determining the basic responsibilities and necessary practices.
• We encourage all employees, individuals, institutions and business partners in their work areas to be aware of their responsibilities regarding Occupational Health and Safety and to adopt the rules to be applied in the workplace and outside the workplace.
• We declare to fulfil all the requirements of the Law, Regulation, Communique, Decree-Law and Circular on Occupational Health and Safety within the current Legislations in our country, to continuously improve the management system and review this policy at appropriate time intervals.
